Our network consists of ...
ten European partner institutions comprising eight scientific laboratories and two SMEs, based in six European countries.
Our 33 researchers collaborate closely to drive our ambitious project forward despite our broad distribution, by attending internal scientific meetings and workshops and through frequently remote communication and dedicated data sharing.
The Systems Biology Modelling Cycle — EBI/BioPreDyn workshop+ Read more
12-15 May 2014, Hinxton, UK
This EBI-BioPreDyn course will provide a detailed overview of state-of-the-art modelling methods and tools in computational systems biology, focusing especially on dynamic (mechanistic) models. By combining lectures on modelling approaches, computer-based practicals, and organized discussions, we will identify the key challenges, opportunities, and bottlenecks in the field.
OPEN to ALL. Registration required.
BioPreDyn is a Cooperation project of the Knowledge Based Bio-Economy (KBBE) EU grant, with the number 289434. BioPreDyn partners are developing data-driven computational models to analyze multi-scale biological networks, creating tools to help design and optimize complex production processes.
